Britton's Bungalow - Accommodates 2-4 persons in large studio with sleeping mezzanine, one shower room bungalow. The darling bungalow is located 100 feet above sea level and enjoys magnificent ocean views. Large open studio with a queen sized murphy bed and a mezzanine with one double bed and one twin bed, one bathroom with shower, a great room style living dining room, a private terrace with a small plunge pool (about ten feet square and about four feet deep), all set in a tropical garden with stunning views over Marigot Bay. Deck has view over Marigot Bay. Our bungalow is available for minimm term of 91 nights (three month Extended Stay terms)

Extended Stay Winter min 91nights - 125Euro per night ( December 1st-April 30th, 2012 ) Stay Summer min 91 nights -100Euro per night(May 1st - Nov. 30, 2012) If booking 91 nights or more there is no St. Barth Tax due and the charges for electricity, cooking gas, cystern water, pool cleaning are included. Payment terms for Extended Stay terms are 50% at signing and the balance 30 days in advance of occupancy date.
Annual Term starting Dec. 1st, 2011 2200Euro per month plus tenant pays directly charges including electricity, cooking gas, water. Tenant will hook up in their name any additional services they wish to have local phone, internet, satellite TV, NetFlix. Term of payment for annual leases is two months at the lease signing then monthly in advance there after.
Booking fee of 8% is charged for processing credit card payment, currency conversion and wire, preparation of lease agreement, check in on arrival by property caretaker.
Linen Cleaning fee 75Euro - One time fee charged for the final linen cleaning
Security Deposit of 500Euro is placed on your credit card. If there is no damage this fee is released within 10 days of check out provided there is no damage.
